Allen, I noticed Bank One has(or had) 595,000 shares. I wouldn't be surprised if they were one of the big net sellers here. Bank One's recent demise has forced them to liquidate many of their tech holdings, I should know as they torpedoed the company I work for. The institutional selling is not surprising, they'll be back by year end I predict.
