RE: DDR is a dead end technology for the desktop. I guess Carl must have missed a few issues in his analysis of DDR MOBO desktop designs. Just think how bad this gets if you perform the same analysis for DDR-II! DDR is a dead end technology for the desktop. We have not yet seriously looked at it for mobile applications.
