Greetings to all...

From MAN's Material Change Report filed with SEDAR June 7/00...

In addition, on June 6, 2001 [sic] Manhattan agreed to issue to AFM Investments Inc.
(?AFM?) Special Warrants equal to 6.0% of the gross proceeds of the sale of Special Warrants to purchasers who are introduced to Manhattan by AFM. Manhattan will also pay to AFM an incentive fee of CDN$100,000, payable in Special Warrants, if AFM introduces Manhattan to purchasers of CDN$5 million of Special Warrants. The incentive fee will increase or decrease by CDN$1 for every CDN$50 of Special Warrants purchased by AFM investors above or below CDN$5 million.
------

It doesn't appear that we paid "finder's fees, etc" for the $10 million Special Warrants deal that went to NB and Sprott, so does anyone know who this AFM outfit is, and/or why they were handed, what appears to be, such a sweetheart deal...??

Regards....Ray
