I couldn't find another source for insider holdings but I doubt if it can be as much as 35% because the following are various sources of institutional ownership: Yahoo 77%, Schwab 79%, S&P 76% All of these plus 35% add up to over 100%. I know there must be a some non institutional non insider owners. SEC documents might have this information
