Thanks for the update.

I don't know if this bodes good or bad for a decision that will determine whether Brazil follows the American model, or opts for the European one.

I am of the opinion that Anatel President Renato Guerreiro favors the 1900 MHz spectrum for the country's C-band PCS licenses, and that the Istanbul compromises make this choice easier.

Still there is a new Nokia plant destined for Brazil, if they go 1800 MHz.

This one is turning into a nail biter.
