On June 9 there was a filing for Fred Ritterieser (CEO ASTN), HE BOUGHT 30,000 shares between the dates of 05/26-05/31......at prices between $2.63 - $3.25 bringing his holdings to 393,500 shares. This info was posted on Bloomberg on Jun 9 (Friday).

I would not be surprised to see some more filings from other officers in the next few days, and perhaps more from FR himself. I think that ought to pretty much tell you where the bottom is. INSIDERS ARE BUYING.
