It said that it might take longer than usual, so I've waited as long as an hour, lol!

I go through the process to make the little red Windoctor light go off each time, and always give it at least ten minutes.

I've printed out Gottfried's and mr.mark's posts and your link, and i thank you all so much for the advice, which I will try to follow.
