Marc, I saw the same segment. The program was "Market Week with Maria Bartiromo". The Nokia CEO was indeed the featured guest. Maria noted the need for data on phones and harassed the CEO for being behind in CDMA development. You are correct; the CEO did not protest or deny Maria's "accusations". The analyst that came on the program later was from Paine Webber and yes he did say that Nokia needs to sit down and make a deal with Q.

I increased my meager Qualcomm holdings a little last week. I appreciate the continuing education regarding the Q that Gdichaz, Eric, Frank, Mike, Tekboy and others bring to the thread.
