NOK's only option is to buy chips from Intel if not from Qcom.

Do we know if INTC has a license to produce 1X &/or HDR chips? I haven't heard that they do. I thought all they got when they bought DSP(?) was the right to assume their license. given that happened before 1X/HDR, I doubt DSP's license covered these 3G chips.

Anyone know the answer?
