In the US:

The US team surprised and beat Mexico by a clear 3 x 0 in the World Qualifiers, (I only saw the 2nd half), by then the US had a 1 x 0 lead.

After a spirited effort by Coby Jones The US slowly took control of the mid-field and a couple of errors (especially the 3rd. goal, which was a gift), the US scored twice more to fairly and squarely win the game, which by this time, playing with only ten players ( a defensive player was red carded for a clear foul), Mexico had no chance to overturn the result.

I am not sure if this is part of a small tournament between the US, Canada, and Mexico as a qualifier for the WC.

The US looked strong against a Mexican team playing nervous and with fear.
