el paradisio: The DXY has been falling, but is at a support area...see my combination charts. If the dollar continues to decline it will not be a positive for equities. Bonds are a mixed bag...seeming to couple and de-couple! I posted back around the 18th to 20th of May that I expected bonds to rally based on my TYX work. I suspect the rising wedge on the TYX chart originating Oct 98 will likely see additional retracement. I don't think we have seen the lows in equities, yet! Regards, LG
