Truly a classic! Sometimes vigilante justice is the best way, as a last resort if nothing else seems to work.... I hope at least the SEC will have some teeth in investigating, even if the evidence on the website may be deemed inadmissible.... (I'm guessing here that there should be enough grounds here to obtain a search warrant / seizure, to procure evidence that is deemed admissible in court?)
