Greg, Re: insider selling If you look back further, one would be hard pressed to conclude insider selling is accelerating. Try clicking on the "last 12 months" link of the page you reference and the selling has been slow and steady for quite some time. None of the top people have reduced their holdings in a material way. Looks like simple salary augmentation to me. I wouldn't be worried about insider selling. H.
