Richard, that is indeed quite interesting, have they breached the 5% level so they have to report? SAIC, is a $billion plus organization (at least the last time I did business with them in the early 90's). They are extremely well connected with the defense department (with some former big wig military as well as Schultz, a former secretary of state) on their board. A lot of their work is "hush-hush, so we do not hear that much about them. They also have major "relations" with Bechtel (that too "circa early 90"). What that means, if true, is that VLNC now has someone that can bring them to the "table" where the big deals are cooked. Zeev
