Thanks for your comments about the warrants. Made me feel much better about the Charter deal.

That makes two of us. :)

And I should add that, yes, the Charter contract involves the OEM modem, but the development agreement will include CMTO's own products.

It's almost humorous that TERN and CMTO are both re-selling the TurboNet product. Since they're essentially the same, the difference is service and support. :)
