Gregory G. Hodges Named COO of High Speed Access Corp.
DENVER, June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- High Speed Access Corp. (Nasdaq: HSAC), a leading provider of broadband services today announced that Gregory Hodges will join its senior management team as Chief Operating Officer effective June 19, 2000. Mr. Hodges will report directly to Dan O'Brien, President and CEO of HSA.

Mr. Hodges brings significant, relevant experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, business process improvement and complex financial reporting and accounting matters. Prior to joining HSA, Mr. Hodges was the COO of Hardy Petroleum where he was responsible for the complete business turnaround project for the fifty-year old privately held oil and gas company. Before joining Hardy Petroleum, Mr. Hodges served in various senior management positions at Quickpen International Corp. where he oversaw all operations and business plans for the Company. He has also held various executive level positions at Access Healthcare, Inc., The Quest Alliance, and the accounting firms of Deloitte & Touche and Strait, Kushinsky and Company. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado.
