JH: MAybe when Jackson retires he can get a job with magazines such as these where freedom of expression does not have to be supported by law or legal precedent. The guy was motivated by personal pique and it showed throughout the trial and now after the trial. The guy has no judicial temperance in this regard. He is out to satisfy a "personal vendetta. This case is DOA on Appeal and that is why the DOJ and Jackson are trying so hard to skirt the Appeals Court where there are some judges that are not hampered by Jackson's lack of knowledge about economics and software industry.
