Stampede Worldwide Announces Large
Contract for Its Stampede Network.com Inc., Subsidiary

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 2000--Stampede Worldwide,
Inc., (OTCBB:STWW) announced today that its subsidiary, Stampede
Network.com Inc., has signed contracts to supply Senior Home Care,
Inc., $54,332.00 worth of equipment that will improve communications
between their various companies. This sale represents the hardware
portion of our relationship. Stampede Network's clients typically will
spend approximately 15 to 20% on their hardware requirements with the
remaining 80 to 85% devoted to programming and related services that
Stampede provides. While these percentages vary from client to client,
Senior Home Care's future programming and related service contracts
have not been awarded.

Senior Home Care, Inc. is one of the fastest growing health
providers in the Tampa Bay-Sarasota area. Services include skilled
nursing, home health aide, physical, speech, and occupational therapy
in addition to medical social services. Senior Home Care, Inc. also
provides consulting and back office support services for other home
health care companies. Senior Home Care is part of the Adult Care
Group, Inc. (www.adultcare.net) team of companies that provides
quality services to the senior community.

"Our ultimate goal is to service our patients better," said David
Borquez, Director of MIS for Senior Home Care. David quotes, "Through
the use of technology we can greatly improve communications between
companies in multiple geographic locations with the use of a company
intranet, train and educate our staff more effectively through the use
of streaming video, showcase our facilities through the use of quick
time VR, all across one common network and all in a technology secure
environment."

We have decided to partner with Stampede Network.Com because of
the complimentary combination of Lan/Wan, streaming video, quick time
VR, intranet/extranet, expert Coldfusion programming experience that
is required to build the company intranet in a safe computing
environment while taking advantage of what technology has to offer.

"Designing a secure point to point network is just the first
step," says John Terrace, Vice President of Marketing and Sales for
Stampede Network.Com. "Our ultimate goal for Senior Home Care going
forward is to help them take advantage of what the latest technology
has to offer via the intranet. With a company intranet that is
designed to compliment the network infrastructure Senior Home Health
will be able to communicate, educate and train its staff in a fraction
of the time that it would normally take.

For example, nurses who
traditionally don't have email and always have a need for on-going
training will soon have access to email across the intranet with hot
links to mandatory training and education streaming videos. Training
and education streaming videos across the intranet are just one
example of how Stampede Network.Com will help Senior Home Health more
effectively train its staff, reduce the time it takes to do it and
ultimately allow Senior Home Health to service the patients better
while saving the company money," concluded Terrace.
