BBG: Where did MSFT attack? From what I can see DOJ and Jackson were way out of line and acted extremely unprofessionally,continually leaking their side to the media. If MSFT did anything it was only in self defense. We are talking about the confiscation of property here. I am glad MSFT had the balls, in a society increasingly identified by its emasculation, to stand up for its rights and the rights of its shareholders. Cramer is typical of the twitty guys that pretend to have a say in our economy in this age where being a twit seems momentarily in vogue. And what a bunch of BS the smartest guys always go to the highest bidder the left wingers always head or the government. Cramer is way off in this article.JFD
