John... I appreciate your point of view but have to disagree... I feel like MSFT has acted childishly and taken the whole thing way too personally... While it might give Bill great satisfaction to go tit for tat with the DOJ and "prove" he is right (we all know he will never convince them so what's the point?)... His belligerent, aggressive methods don't help his (our) case one bit... IMO it does just the opposite... I think MSFT's "macho" attitude has drowned out the merits of their case... To me the best satisfaction would have been to been a little more sophisticated and mature and just a little "sly" and not let this thing get to this point...

As for Cramer, as he said... He is long the stock and is just telling it the way he sees it and is frustrated at MSFT's childish, ill advised and just plain dumb "strategy" that apparently involves faning the flames everytime things start to quiet down...
