<If you wish to apply to be Lead Plaintiff in this action, a motion must be filed on your behalf with the court no later than August 9, 2000> Does anyone know if this means that this suit is being filed currently without any plaintiff at all? Would this be the legal equivalent of a contractor building a house on "spec"? If we file it plaintiff's will come? Personally i don't see any merit in this suit right now. TIA rod
