From Yahoo. JohnG These falling long listance charges are an AT&T killer. Big Zoo charges $0.039/min for long distance while AT&T in an act of despiration raised theirs to $0.29/min. Big Zoo? bigzoo.com I know how you feel. I felt the same way when I saw that a company with the unlikely name of Big Zoo was selling long distance for a rediculously low $0.039/min. Out of curiosity, I tried it. Guess what? I found that Big Zoo works fine. My interpretation is that AT&T is indeed in a death spiral. Raising prices to existing customers and continually losing more customers.
