As well they should be. I am concerned with POS former presidents of a company can sue a person for defamation for stating the obvious truth. I read many of the posts and many times it was info contained in news articles just a little more colorful. Eric Hvide did not sue the newspapers.I am keeping close tabs on this case and hope the ACLU is working with the Defendants law firm. I know after being threatened with litigation from wghi I spoke with the local ACLU and they said let them know if I got sued as they would help me.
