Eric,

1. There are 3 divisions, Track(photoresist processing equipment), Thermco(oxidation, diffusion, and LPCVD), and Lithography. Lithography first became profitable in Q4 95, so it did not contribute much in the last industry expansion. I guess they shipped about 8 micrascans/quarter which is $40-50M, so it is about 40% of saless.

2. My guess on the 31% would be 5 micrascans to INTC.

3. SVGI settled all royalty obligations to IBM last quarter and took a $32.5M pre-tax charge.

4. I guess they are saving the cash to invest in inventory and AR expansion which will be necessary to support sales growth from $600M to $2.5B, the management target when the upturn is in full swing and lithography is producing 200 micrascans/year.

Hope this helps.

Cary
