Dori, there's much to be said about what the courts and NASD are doing to help eliminate the fraud - especially when it comes to internet stuff. Had a pleasant conversation with an agency department head this afternoon. Will email you about it, as you will likely enjoy this. The days of the internet-pirates are certainly numbered, especially as these agencies create sub-groups to concentrate upon the very specific area of internet messaging. They do not consider the internet as "international waters" - maritime law is not the law of this land, but fraudsters are being actively sought now - especially now, as the agencies seem to be looking for several ripe examples to be made.
