Those black-robed self professed high on the hill in charge types forgot, and forget, who they are suppose to be protecting. It's not their profession, it's not big business either, it's the citizens of America. Instead they as Cramer so rightly put it, they got pissed off before the case was tried. They judged an innocent before proven guilty, guilty. Then they proceeded to use the name of the people they were sworn to protect as scapegoats for their personal victories. To get that disrespectful big-shot billionaire for the purpose of their lobbyist! It matters not about the people's future -retirements (Cramer's words) we have a mission to ourselves! Honor them? They broke the highest trust in the land -they broke the law they were honored to uphold -public trust. If you take Cramer's spin on it they had a guilty party pre-judged in front of them so they did not have to study the law, they just had to use the law to gain their respect from the society they represent! It's sickening! I commend Microsoft for having the guts -and money to stand up to them! TTOSBT p.s. Cramer is he the guy on the commercial who states: "You sent me a nasty e-mail and I will debate you because I know I am right" Oh yeah sure you can say it's a commercial but this guy is writing opinions when he should stick to his commercials.
