Chris, Thanks for the response. The Abbott/Vivus European partnership rumor has been in circulation for about 8 weeks now. Vivus is a leading developer of sexual disfunction drugs and, for the purposes of this post, Abbott is associated with the ED drug, Uprima, which is working it's way throught the FDA approval process. What gives the partnership rumor some level of credibility is the logic that through an association with Vivus, Abbot would have an array of sexual disfunction drugs to detail for the medical community. Who knows if there is any real substance to the story. I absolutely have no idea. Vivus has an extremely good shot at getting the first female sexual disfunction drug to market; many feel that the FSD market will be equal to or better than the male ED success experienced by BFE with Viagra.
