Jetter - what I am saying is that the information itself was immaterial. CYBR went up, what, about 15, 20% on the news? I'd tend agree the news doesn't mean much in regard to the big picture, BUT, it moved the stock, and moved it significantly, and anyone who got the info early was able to buy ahead of the fact and sell into the reflexive rally the news triggered, for a significant profit. Ergo, the information was material.
