Hi rod - I am not a legal eagle, but it seems to be standard verbiage for fishing expedition <vbg>. From my perspective, I don't see much going for it unless there are real dirty laundries. That doesn't stop insurance co and/or VARL from some sort of settlement for economic reasons [the only one I heard of fought and won this sort of things is Forrest Lab.] best, Bosco
