All sorts of people beat the market all the time... including myself. To me it's even more obvious in the past 10 years with so many business becoming so complex. People with certain scientific or technical backgrounds for example have large advantages over wall street analysts or indexers... most obvious examples are the qualcomm millionaires who knew the story early on and just kept buying. But whatever... you got in too.... eventually. < But wait, earlier you said that you help in making the market more efficient? A more efficient market has less friction, you know? > No, actually I said that would be your take on what I do... ie. buy puts in front of the coming avalanche could be construed as making the market somewhat more efficient under your model I suppose.
