Ken, the key paragraph:

"The video-on-demand trials in Phoenix will start with 50 employees and later expand to 2,000 customers. Early next year, it should be available to all of Cox's approximately 700,000 Phoenix area cable customers, spokesman Alex Horwitz said. The interactive TV product also should be available to Arizona customers early next year."

Based on what CCUR/COX previously announced, it seems that COX has made a single decision to go with CCUR as its supplier, whereas it looked a bit more as if TWX was making a two step decision - one for trials and a second for rollout. It looks as if major Phoenix volume may not start hitting until fourth quarter of this calendar year (depending on the lead time needed to go live for everyone "early next year").
