Can't argue about your Col vs. Det analysis. Here in the New York dailys, we're reading that Fosberg is still iffy for Thursday. Sounds like he's day-to-day. However, Roy will be outstanding as he usually is this time of the year. Det wins only if they shut down Col, and I mean like to 2 goals per game or less. Not likely.

If Philly plays Snow and Hextall, then that means that neither one is doing OK. That's good for the Rangers. Philly's size and depth is not different then the Devils. Didn't do them much good. Philly doesn't have any defense even close to New Jersey's. I stick by my earlier post. Rangers will lose 1 game badly, and be very competitive in the rest. If Richter is even close to the form he showed against the Devils, Rangers in 7, otherwise, Philly in 6 or 7.

Please note, with the 4 TV timeouts per period, the Rangers "old guys" are getting quite a good break. So any depth past 3 lines is erased. No edge here. And Ranger overall defense is heads and shoulders over Philly's. Philly will score more then the Devils, but so will Rangers score more. The series comes down to richter standing on his head again.

Just my opinions.

Drop the puck.
