Kevin - I didn't read the posts that Herb was referring to, so I can't vouch for the accuracy of his reporting. However, if I were to assume that he was accurate, then there are one of two possibilities going on:

1) The company leaked information to an investor that was material and that may cause them problems.

2) The person posting has access to privilaged information and posted the info without authority and in defiance of the law.

This is something that needs to be explored, certainly. To automatically assume that the company is at fault is a fault in logic as the two possibilities are equally possible.
