peggylynn- The article mis-quoted quite a few comments. I won't go over them because it's not worth it.

But the statement above, I felt, was one key to the miss and is accurate. CTXS wasn't set up to sell to large customers, as they intended to do. So a mis-step in execution, no doubt.

There was some optimism on the large customers following through with orders, but it's buried in all the negativity about the short term miss. I'll have to do another listen for it later. Hmmm...slightly similar to what I saw when Newbridge Networks warned and no one heard their CEO makes some very interesting optimistic comments about the future. They were too busy lambasting him. -MikeM(From Florida)
