Is this primarily at certain hours of the day (rush hour) or pretty universal throughout? What carrier do you use?

The primary hours the phone is used by my wife and I are between 8 AM and 10 PM. Dropped calls tend to occur more at peak hours between 10 AM and 6 PM - regardless of the tin foil trick. <ggg>

A-1 from Austrian Mobilkom is our local carrier. When roaming, we take what we can get on the road.
