I really hate to stick my neck out since I didn't get any OEX data today, but! From what I see on the daily it means we go down to the high 600s! maybe!

Confusing issue #1 is that Don has an "oversold" on SPX OEX and the rest of the alphabet. Usually when "The Don" gets an oversold or a class 2 buy it corresponds to my trendline analysis. This time it doesn't. Right now I have the "southern edge" of OEX at 706 or so. There is a "soft" trend line in there at 769 that could come into play. Note to self that GE stopped at a 1/16 short of the daily down trend line. Another confusing issue is that I tend to drink wine with crackers and Stilton cheese. The bad part is that there are too many crackers!! ggg

I don't do the NAZ very well, and I am in cash as far as FMAGX (looks like MAG orta go down)is concerned and I will look for an equity play in my trading kitty (which is in cash) as soon as the OEX 60 min stochastics turn positive. Because I'm blind on OEX today I have diverted to S&P 500, fuel permitting gg. I notice on the daily three (3) black crows. A harbinger perhaps?

If we retest the downtrend line at SPX 1430 tomorrow and fail -- look out below --! And I guess if it hits there and bounces, weeeeelll, up we go? BUT Don says we are oversold. gg I love contradictory evidence in the market, don't you?

Hope you make a lot of money!
