I suspect that there is a whole underground cottage industry of spammers who are paid to P & D. These idiots (Rodona, et al) probably don't have a clue that what they do is highly illegal.

What struck me was that their mode of talking, when their guards were down, was maudlin and vapid. Have no clue of the damage they do. And could probably care less.
