Another new name. I guess jumping on the dot com bandwagon didn't serve them very well. I guess this new name makes much better sense. Must be an expensive exercise for small companies to change their names so much.

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 2000-- AlphaServ.com(TM)(NASDAQ:ALMI) Thursday announced its intention to change its name to "NQL Inc." as it moves to become a premier provider of Internet software solutions to the global market.

Shareholders will be asked to approve the name change at the company's annual meeting on Aug. 9, 2000 in Santa Ana. As a separate item, shareholders will also be asked to approve a change in the company's state of incorporation from California to Delaware.
