Can't agree more! That's the point why I think AG's "Wealth Effect Theory" so stoopid! I was that poor guy who was chasing my first sweet home in the past four years. We finally signed the agreement to build our house last month, thanks to AMD:~) OTOH, rich guys can always buy whatever they want whenever they want, whether or not NAZ is at 3000 or 5000 and interest rate is 7% or 12%.
