20 days to get their ducks in a row?!?!?! And, they haven't even answered the suit yet (just claiming that they will "shortly"). Hmmm... Does that mean we'll gat an "answer" in another 20, 30, 40 days or more?!?!?! Either they have grounds for a countersuit or they do not. I'm betting the latter given their tardy response. LoF
