I've just started to tool around their web site and agree that they don't represent an immediate threat. time-domain.com The business week article points to Zircon and US Radar Inc as two other companies developing applications with an FCC waiver.. (don't know if they're public.. seem to remember using a Zircon stud finder.) Again, appreciate your thoughts, Ken
