Manipulation? Whoa...no intent here, except higher if it were possible (and legal). I've been long Vari-L for 6 months and have been averaging down for the last two.

My question concerning Time Domain's potential impact on Vari-L was just that - a question. Having said that, I can understand how it could be misconstrued given that I provided no context and it was a first time post. It did occur to me after the 15 minutes edit time expired that I might be explaining myself ... particularly given recent events. Not my best introduction.

I like to keep my antenna up for potential threats and the article in Upside seemed to me to signal one. I realize that ultra wide band is a developing technology facing regulatory hurdles, versus Vari-L's business which is supplying established protocols and infrastructures, so I?m not overly concerned. Your contention that Time Domain represents no threat is good to hear, but I'm not sure of your argument. Your hint is to focus on the fact that Vari-L provides modules. Not sure what you mean. I don't see a reference to modules in the product lines they describe in their 10Q. I'm guessing you're referring to a value added assemblage of their components but am unclear.

Regards,

Ken
