also everything your describing here is well known and may already be priced into the market, thru the use of margin, both in stocks and in personal and corporate debt. Maybe, but I kinda doubt it considering most people don't seem to subscribe to demographic analysis of the market as Harry Dent does. It certainly isn't as omnipresent as Elliot Wave or Technical Analysis. Personally, I think Dent is dead on right with his approach. I just know I don't want to stand aside from this market so long as retirement money continues to flow into equities (or is parked in money markets as people await their buying opportunity in stocks) And I don't see a much weaker dollar given AG's willingness to launch his pre-emptive strikes against inflation that has yet to manifest itself throughout the overall economy, (at least to any significant degree).
