Been watching an interview on PBS with the CEO of Corvis that, if I understand the verbiage correctly, claims to be the only company capable of switching/boosting fiber-optic signals without first converting the signals to electrical impulses. Could someone smarter than the average bear please tell me a few things: can't JDSU do this, is Corvis any good and is it publicly traded? TIA
