(Nasdaq: NWKC), a leading provider of technology infrastructure, services and networks for businesses, merchants, Internet sites and wireless networks, today announced a new cross-platform, Java-based payment processing engine, the Network Commerce Rapid Transaction Authority (RTA) Server.
The highly scalable, Java-based Network Commerce RTA Server is designed for businesses that perform a high volume of credit card transactions. The product is platform-independent, database-independent, and features real-time processing. The product allows for high-speed transactions and is "multi-threaded": multiple transactions may be processed concurrently.
