LJ,

Market activity does not always reflect the reality.

Many mining stocks are undervalued the same way many high teck stocks are overvalued.

Time will fix everything.

The way I see it, BAY should be on course to produce 9.5M ounces of silver in year 1 and 2 of its life-o-mine with cash flows approaching C$30M per year. I know that many things can happen between now and then, but LJ, one must make investment/speculation decisions based on something. I prefer to use fundamental analysis rather than technical analysis. I use TA, but only as a support tool. And if I am wrong, well I'll pay the price.

Still, you are right on this TA observation. The $2.70 level has been a formidable barrier since early January. We must go through it first. But once we are done with that, the stock could move rapidly. I count on a string of favorable analyst reports to help us go through it.

Look at IWA, technical analysis would have said it is a strong buy when it last traded... but now fundamental analysis says it appears overvalued.

The market is not always right.
