it's probably time to let the thread die a peaceful death.

when many of the thread contributors resented the control by the founders which caused them to leave the thread, I expected that we can continue to exchange valuable information about investing. I did not expect that the thread became a vehicle for constantly sniping at one of our most valuable contributors: edamo.

I agree that this thread which still bears the name of the founder should have its peaceful death.

Therefore, I invite contributors who are serious about investing, rather than "you go girl", to join a new thread which has attracted heavyweights of SI, and reap the benefit of rich and valuable information. It is not subject nor company specific, yet I can assure you that there is something new for everyone, and every so often you can have a chuckle as well.
