I guess soon the SEC will find out who was behind the run up in the stock. They will track down that third party that paid for the report as well as the anonymous promoter. There must have been millions envolved in ill-gotten gains. "The anonymous report promoting Creative Host contains a disclosure saying the author was paid 3,214 in freely trading shares of Creative Host stock by an unidentified third party. But the report contains no information about the author's identity or the person who paid for the report. SEC rules require total disclosure."
