Lundin, President, announced that the planned testing, seismic and drilling operations on Block 5A, onshore southern Sudan have been rescheduled until the next dry season due to logistical and security considerations. However, construction of the all-weather road will continue through the wet season with a target completion date in the first quarter of 2001, upon which time operations on the block are expected to resume."
