I am not saying that its perfect, but I have never had a bad experience

That you know of. This issue was about whether or not "shill bidding" was disrupting the optimal pricing efficiency of the auction system.

Some could say the EBAY's unwillingness to properly deal with rigged auctions constitutes a violation similiar to which Sotheby's and Christies are being investigated. Non-enforcement of auction policy can often be legally defined as deliberate negligence by management, or tacit approval.

Anyone buying something from an auction had better have a strong sense of the actual value of the item they are bidding for. Apparently you are one of those people who know how much to pay, or how much to charge.

Regards,

Ron
